The SkillThe engineering team is looking for collaborative, passionate, and adaptable Full Stack Developers. In this role, you will work with the product team as well as ensuring leadership understands and contributes to design planning across all Briq products and services.
On a normal day at Briq's Pune office, a Python Web developer can be found:
- Developing microservices, other backend services
- Implementing, and deploying software aligned with the growing demands of our customers
- Following organizational practices that scale with our team and products; consistently resulting in high-quality software systems that set industry standards
- Cross-collaborating and communicating to ensure the development of the highest quality product

- Develop applications and features
- Identify and resolve roadblocks ahead of time
- Be an independent contributor with high throughput
- Align with product and project managers and ensure proper handoff of requirements
- Develop, test, debug, support, and enhance software as per product specifications
- Ensure the application and features are development with the organizations secure standards
- Maintain strong coding, compliance, and security standards
- Drive complete ownership over every technical aspect of the features
- Work efficiently with continuously evolving requirements
What you need to have:
- Polyglot programmer with 3+ years of experience using Python with Django or Flask
- Django or Flask is mandatory
- Willingness to learn new technologies is a must
- Proven ability to project and meet estimated deadlines
- Strong design principles
- Google Cloud or AWS experience 2+ years
- Self-motivated, fast learner with attention to detail and quality
- Excellent diagnostic, troubleshooting, and communication skills
- Understanding of REST principles
- Knowledge of Google Cloud, Microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes, and both SQL & noSQL databases are a major plus
